For a few hundred bucks, I have a system that emails & texts to my cell that there's an issue. That's not to say I could be there in time to fix a disaster (as was unfortunately proven when out of town and heat wave / dead AC unit lead to total loss of azoox tank), but it sure increases the likelihood....
